Service Overview
Beyond research and teaching, I contribute to initiatives that strengthen my department, university, and the broader academic community. Service is one of the most rewarding parts of my academic life.
In the wider academic community, I contribute through editorial and professional service. I currently serve as Associate Editor at The Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Guest Editor at the Journal of Organizational Behavior (for special issue on organizational change) and Methods Editor for the Campbell Collaboration (Business & Management Coordinating Group). I am also active in the Academy of Management’s Organization Development and Change (ODC) Division, where I help organize doctoral and professional development initiatives.
