The Psychology of Experiencing and Managing Organizational Change

How do individuals manage change in their work lives? 

This stream examines the psychological processes that shape how people experience, interpret, and sustain change at work. I study why individuals adopt or resist change, how these attitudes evolve over time, and how technology can both support and complicate that journey.
