Interpersonal and Organizational Supports for Positive Change

How can relationships and structures enable—or hinder—positive change for individuals, at work, and in societies?

This stream explores how interpersonal dynamics, particularly between employees and managers, as well as organizational interventions, shape experiences of inclusion, engagement, and well-being during change. I’m especially interested in how social and structural support can unlock individual and collective potential.
